ABOUT OUR FACILITIES

Republic Storage of Idaho facilities are locally owned and operated since 1988.

Our units all have concrete floors, and are constructed of metal.  There are no crawlways or air passages between units.
The buildings are constructed of steel, with east/west access to most units, preventing north wind, rain, or snow from damaging stored goods. Driveways are sloped to allow water drainage away from individual doors.
Each driveway is lit at night, with no dark spaces. The property is entirely fenced. The Managers live on the premises and are "on duty" as long as they are at home, even after office hours.
Rental rates are subject to change with 20 days notice to tenants, and rates vary from site to site.
Please note that the some larger units have lighting available, roll up doors and a regular size walk-in door. 

 FOR YOUR INFORMATION

 You provide your own lock and keep your own keys.
 Padlocks recommended – no combination locks.
 You are responsible for your own contents’ insurance.
 Free moving and storage guides are available.
 $10 deposit is required on all indoor units, refundable on vacate, provided the unit is clean, the lock is removed and no rent or fees are due.
 6x8 utility trailer is available at most times for your use during move-in.
 Rent must be prepaid by the 10th of each month.
